Q:
When will my reservation be charged?
Depends on hotel although that is never consistent. If worried, telephone either Booking.com or the hotel directly and keep note of what is said and the name of the person to whom you are speaking to in case of any problems.

Hi, I would telephone the hotel well ahead of the time you arrive. It completely depends on the hotel in question's own policies. I hope thT helps.

They will send you an email of an update you need to pay and will deduct directly from your card account link to that reservation

Q:
Hi I would like to make the payment at the hotel only after my stay there. Why does bookings.com ask for payment details upfront
It depends on the hotel. I know of no hotel that is not going to need a credit card to secure the room? People would not bother to cancel, never show up, etc. Are you serious?

That's how they work, just like many other travel companies. My problem is they wouldn't make any concession after I believe they screwed up my reservations (not making it 3 nights rather than the original 2).

Hi Safeera, With booking.com I think it depends on the hotel. It is thw hotel's preference if they want you to pay upfont. If you book directly with the hotel, it is normal for tou to pay after tiur stay, wher they give you the

When I book a hotel on booking.com and pay by credit card, do I have to pay again when I check in?
Please do not book with these people. Their a nightmare! Took me 3 month to get half my money back of them. Their adverts are extremely misleading.don't book please. Try travel Republic cant praise them enough Good luck Lynn

Hopefully not... either the booking.com Hotel will say no refunds or free cancellation. If no refund then you should be paid up... if travelling to the US... likely to have to pay taxes on top including any service charges... just check the small print. If paying via free cancellation - the whole bill to be paid on arrival. Booking.com looks cheap, but sometimes they don't give the true figure of the entire stay. Best of luck.

It's common practice for hotels to say they don't have your reservation or didn't receive payment. They then charge you and it's your responsibility to get your money back from the booking operator. This happened to me so many times that I never use a booking operator, I always book directly with the hotel.

Q:
How can i remove review in my hotel website
The most pathetic experience I ever had. From the moment we entered the hotel till our exit, everything was not up to the mark. Meals were the worst part, no taste in the food, and can't forget the rooms. Looks like they build the hotel and never renovate it. Really regretted choosing this hotel on the basis of booking.com reviews.

You can't get a business deleted or a bad review deleted. People who are going to these review sites are looking to patronize a business. They want to see what other customers experiences were before they spend theie gard earned money on using your company. The whole idea of honest and factual reviews are to give shoppers the big picture of what your business is like. I assume you want to remove your hotel because you have bad reviews? The best way to rectify this is to fix the situation with your hotel that may have gotten you bad reviews in the first place, and not try to scrub bad reviews off.
